Shannon built her nine-year career in customer service management by maintaining exceptional levels of service for herself and her teams, which at times numbered up to 70 people. She has leveraged that experience to ensure the success of the Simplifya team by staying on top of all the moving parts that make up a growing, dynamic business. Shannon received her BA in International Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder along with a business certification from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business. A Colorado native, she enjoys going out on the weekend with her friends and family to enjoy everything this city has to offer, camping, and traveling whenever possible.
