Here’s a rundown of the updates/changes we’ve made to the software in June 2025:
- Audits: Add child questions to your custom questions
This is pretty straight forward. Previously, our custom questions feature didn’t allow users to add child questions. We’ve now added this functionality and now you can add as many levels of child questions as you want. While adding this functionality, we reorganized the “Add Question” form to make it a bit more intuitive.

- Audits: “Duplicate” a Finalized Audit
By request, we’ve added a feature that allows you to create a new audit that is a duplicate of an already finalized audit, complete with all of the questions answered. We often hear how time-consuming a full audit can be, and that for the most part, many of the answers don’t change from audit to audit. The goal with this feature was another stride toward making the audit process as easy as possible. Some users prefer to go through their audits question-by-question and make sure they’re covering all their bases. Others just want to get a finalized audit report on the books and may feel like they don’t need to go through every question, every single time. They know the areas that need attention and want to easily create a record of this along with the action item assignments in order to get them fixed. This feature will really make the audit process easier for the latter group of users.
