This release features lots of improvements to SOPs. We’re implementing lots of changes that users have been asking for in our SOPs module, as well as upgrading file upload size across the app, and allowing users to add additional files to Audit questions.
Users can now add additional file types (xlsx, xls, csv, docx, pdf, doc, ppt) and photos to Audit questions.
Fixed an issue that was allowing the creator of an Audit to assign it to users who were not associated with the location being audited.
Fixed a bug that was causing rich-text formatting (specifically, underlining) to not appear in SOP templates.
Fixed an issue that was causing an error to display when trying to version SOPs and/or SOP Templates.
We’ve increased the maximum file size for all file attachments from 2MB to 20MB.
We added a field for “Last Revised Date” to all SOPs. Now when an SOP is revised, everyone who uses it will know when it was last updated.
We’ve added both “Location” and “State” to the SOP Slide-in pane so that you don’t have to click in to each SOP to see the applicable state and location. We’ve also added a “Location” column and filter to the “Manage SOPs” page.
You also now have the option to assign a Category to your SOPs.
We are transitioning all Ancillary Accounts to a monthly subscription model, and will cease the per-audit charges, so we’ve removed the “Price Per Audit” mechanism for Ancillary Accounts.
