Application &amp; Pre-Approvals<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit your application to the regulatory cannabis authority, which includes all business and operation plans, financial statements, owner disclosures, and other required documents.<\/li>\n<li>Submit all required fees.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain all necessary pre-approvals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffc000;\">2. Establish a Banking Relationship<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Find a transparent, cannabis-friendly banking partner that supports your specific needs.<\/li>\n<li>Things to consider include sending or receiving funds internationally, courier pick-up for cash deposits, and the need to originate ACH transactions or wires to make payments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffc000;\">3. Insure Your Licensed Premises<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtain builder\u2019s risk or renter\u2019s liability insurance.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm with licensing authorities all necessary zoning approvals and permits are complete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffc000;\">4.
